Today, Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) announced she has been ranked as one of the most bipartisan Members of the U.S. House of Representatives by the Lugar Center and the Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy. Congresswoman Kiggans ranked 19th out of 435 Members of the U.S. House, placing her in the top five percent of Members. The top 20 included 10 Republicans and 10 Democrats, only six of whom were freshmen.
